1. What this tool is

Jenn TikTok Publisher (“the Tool”) is a first-party content publishing tool operated by the owner of the @jennonthemove25 TikTok account. It schedules and publishes original photo posts to that account via TikTok’s official Content Posting API.

2. Who may use it

The Tool is for the account owner’s own use only. It is not offered to the public and has no other users.

3. Acceptable use

• Content published through the Tool must comply with TikTok’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• AI-generated images published through the Tool are labeled as AI-generated per TikTok’s disclosure requirements.
• The Tool will not be used to post spam, misleading content, or content that infringes anyone’s rights.

4. Accounts and access

Access to the TikTok account is authorized by the account owner through TikTok’s official OAuth (Login Kit) flow. Authorization can be revoked at any time from TikTok’s authorized-apps settings, which immediately stops the Tool’s access.

5. Availability

The Tool is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Scheduled posts depend on TikTok’s API availability; failed publishes are reported, not retried blindly.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated as the Tool evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
